Shipping Policy

Media Mail (Book Rate) is a domestic postal rate for items shipped to destinations within the continental United States or in its off-shore states and territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and the Marianas) or to FPO or APO addresses. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes and reprints may be shipped via Media Mail. Shipments take 7 to 10 days to reach their final destination.

Parcel Post is a domestic postal rate for items shipped to destinations within the continental United States or in its off-shore states and territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and the Marianas) or to FPO or APO addresses. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise, and gifts may be shipped via Parcel Post. Shipments take 7 days to reach their final destination.

Priority Mail is a domestic postal rate for items shipped to destinations within the continental United States or in its off-shore states and territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and the Marianas) or to FPO or APO addresses. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise and gifts may be shipped via Parcel Post. Shipments take 2 to 3 days to reach their final destination.

Express Mail is a domestic postal rate for items shipped to destinations within the continental United States or its off-shore states and territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and the Marianas) or to FPO or APO addresses. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise and gifts may be shipped via Parcel Post. Shipments take 1 to 2 days to reach their final destination.

International Surface Mail (Parcel Post) is an international postal rate for items shipped to destinations outside of the United States and its territories. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise and gifts may be shipped via International Surface Mail (Parcel Post). Shipments take 4 to 6 weeks to reach their final destination.

International Economy Airmail (Airmail Parcel Post) is an international postal rate for items shipped to destinations outside of the United States and its territories. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise and gifts may be shipped via International Surface Mail (Parcel Post). Shipments take 4 to 10 days to reach their final destination.

International Global Express Mail is an international postal rate for items shipped to destinations outside of the United States and its territories. Books, videos, audio tapes, CD Roms, diskettes, reprints, general merchandise and gifts may be shipped via International Surface Mail (Parcel Post). Shipments take 3 to 5 days to reach their final destination.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders are usually shipped out within 72 hours of confirmation. Time in transit will depend on the shipping method chosen.

If an item cannot ship within 72 hours (for example, an out of stock item), Psi-Mart Customer Service will send a notification email within 72 hours after the order is placed with an explanation and an estimated shipping date. Customers will be able to choose whether to wait for the item, or to cancel the item for a full refund.

Orders of over 30 items will be charged the shipping rate for 30 items for the shipping category chosen plus the shipping rate for the number of items over 30. If 45 items are ordered to ship via Media Mail, for example, the shipping charge would be $31.00, or $20.00 for the first 30 items plus $11.00 for the additional 15 items.
